Agreement between t2bali.com and Customer
You, as a member or customer, can only use this website, conditioned on your acceptance without modifications of the terms and conditions contained herein. Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this t2bali site.
All contents of this Website are copyrighted. t2bali online retains the title and ownership of all proprietary rights with respect to the t2bali.com software and all associated documentation, including all copies and portions thereof.
You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Website as well as for the use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you.
t2bali.com guarantees the privacy of the members. Members' personal information shall only be used by t2bali and the necessary partners to provide the services and inform you of our new features, services, and products. t2bali.com shall not disclose the information to a third party. t2bali may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary.
Customers will get one point for every dollar spent on buying t2bali's services. During promotion periods, the customers will get two points for every dollar spent.
Corporate travel manager in charge of a corporate member account is entitled to earn 10 percent of total corporate member transaction points.
t2baliReward may modify this agreement from time to time, with or without notice and your continued participation in the program after such a modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the t2bali Reward site regularly to determine whether any terms and conditions have been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this agreement, you must immediately cease participation in t2bali Reward.
All reservations have to be reconfirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure or arrival. Failure to do so means cancellations of reservations and t2bali.com does not and cannot guarantee cancelled reservations can be rescheduled.
t2bali guarantees on time delivery. In case where your delivery address is not in any of t2bali's cities for delivery, please e-mail us to process your order.
t2bali online is not responsible for mishaps that happen from buying products of its suppliers. Tourism information in this Website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes.
t2bali.com does not warrant that the use of t2bali.com will be uninterrupted, error free and virus free.
t2bali.com does not warrant the accuracy of information, availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by its suppliers.
t2bali.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, loss or inaccuracy of information, loss of business reputation arising out of the use of inability to use t2bali.com.
